By using Roost Flatmate Manager you agree to the terms of use below:

Refunds

  • Any money paid into your account for use on texting and other services is available to be refunded up to one year after it was deposited.
  • There are no refunds for payments made on plans unless at Roost's discretion, they may choose to issue a refund. We will consider refunding if:
    • If your plan has billed within the last 30 days and is a 6 or 12 month period.
    • Roost doesn't operate / perform how you expected.

Subscriptions

  • There are no refunds for payments made on plans unless at Roost's discretion, they may choose to issue a refund.
  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, if you require a GST receipt, please ask us.
  • International customers are exempt from GST thus their payment does not include GST.
  • While we take the utmost care of your payment details, we do not have access nor control over them. We only charge the card when your plan is set to renew.
  • You may cancel your account anytime. Once cancelled, your account may still be accessed until the due expiry date.
