  • Do you have a money back guarantee?
  • Yes, we have a 100% money-back guarantee! If you're not satisfied with your paid plan, then we will refund the full amount to you! Easy.
  • Do I have to signup with a credit card?
  • No, you can signup for FREE. When paying for your subscription, you only pay for what you want, i.e. no hidden fees or costs!
  • Are there any contracts on plans? Can I get a refund of my account?
  • No, there are NO contracts. We also offer refunds for plans purchased that have over 3 months of subscription left. If you for example only have a month of subscription left, we will not refund your money sorry.
  • Do I have to have a contract for each tenant?
  • No, contracts are useful if you want to have auto-generated rental invoices created and an easy way to obtain a rental agreement. However, if you just want the simplicity of expense sharing, then contracts aren't required.
  • Where is Roost based?
  • Roost is based on an Auckland based web server, Roost is made in New Zealand by a local South Auckland web development company.
